Will soft washing damage my paint?+
No. Soft washing uses roughly the same pressure as a garden hose. The cleaning solution does the work, not the pressure, so paint, caulking, and mortar stay intact.
How often should I wash my house?+
Once a year for most Houston-area homes. Shaded north-facing walls sometimes need it more often because humidity keeps algae growing year round.
Do you wash the windows too?+
Exteriors get rinsed as part of the house wash. If you want spot-free glass, add our window cleaning service and we'll do both in one trip.
