Vinyl Siding Washing
Low-pressure soft wash that clears green algae from the shaded sides and lifts the chalky film off older vinyl without forcing water behind the panels.

Low-pressure soft washing that kills mold at the root
Professional House Washing
A house wash is not a pressure wash. We apply a low-pressure cleaning solution that kills the mold, algae, and mildew living in your siding, then rinse it gently so paint, caulk, and mortar are never damaged.
Hardie board, vinyl, brick, stucco, and painted wood all get a soft wash. Most single-story homes are finished in a single visit, and the results last a full season longer than a plain pressure rinse.
Siding Types We Wash
Vinyl, brick, stucco, Hardie board, and painted wood each react differently to cleaning solution and pressure. We adjust the mix and the method to the material on your home.
Low-pressure soft wash that clears green algae from the shaded sides and lifts the chalky film off older vinyl without forcing water behind the panels.
Brick and mortar joints get a controlled soft wash that kills mildew in the pores without blowing out mortar or leaving lime staining behind.
Stucco is porous and cracks under high pressure. We use dwell time and a gentle rinse so the finish stays intact and the organic staining still comes off.
Fiber cement holds paint well but traps mildew along the lap edges. A soft wash pulls it out of the seams without stripping the factory coating.
Older painted wood needs the lowest pressure on the truck. We test a small area first, then wash so the paint film and caulking are never disturbed.
Natural stone, cultured stone, and masonry accent walls cleaned of moss, algae, and the dark water staining that builds under drip lines.
How It Works
We walk the property, measure the areas, note surface type and staining, and give you a flat written price for the house washing — no guessing, no surprise add-ons.
Plants get pre-wet and rinsed, outlets and fixtures are covered, doors and windows checked, and pets and vehicles moved clear of the work zone.
Soft wash chemistry on delicate surfaces, hot water and surface cleaners on hard surfaces. Dwell time is what removes the growth — pressure alone just moves dirt around.
Everything gets a full rinse-down, then we walk the job with you. If anything was missed we handle it before the truck leaves.

Estimating
Every property is different, so we price on-site instead of guessing over the phone. These are the factors we look at when we put your written estimate together.
Total area we're cleaning and how it's laid out.
Material type plus how heavy the growth or staining is.
Height, gates, water access, and how much setup the site needs.
Bundled services in the same visit usually lower the per-service cost.
No. Soft washing uses roughly the same pressure as a garden hose. The cleaning solution does the work, not the pressure, so paint, caulking, and mortar stay intact.
Once a year for most Houston-area homes. Shaded north-facing walls sometimes need it more often because humidity keeps algae growing year round.
Exteriors get rinsed as part of the house wash. If you want spot-free glass, add our window cleaning service and we'll do both in one trip.
