Why Houston Properties Need This Done Right
Houston is the largest commercial market on the Gulf Coast and the hardest on building exteriors. Refinery fallout on the east side, freeway soot along the 610 Loop and 59, and nine months of humidity a year mean tilt-wall, EIFS, brick and metal panel all pick up a grey film that a rinse will not touch. We wash them chemically at controlled pressure so the substrate, sealant joints and window glazing come out intact.
